  3. Grease Idli trays with the oil. Pour batter in greased Idli trays. Pat gently. Steam Idli for 12-15 minutes on medium-high flame. After 12-15 minutes choke the Idli with the knife/folk. Idli is ready to eat, wait for 5 minutes and de mould it.
  4. For Tadka - Take oil in pan, add mustard seeds and green chillies, curry leaves and sauté for a while. Now put the Idlis, flip, sauté and cook until crisp. Now aIdlis are ready to eat.
