12. Stir continuously to avoid burnt and cook on medium flame till ghee starts separate.
13. Add homemade khoya and dry fruits and mix well.
14. Cook for 5 minutes more and switch off the flame.
15. For pancakes take all purpose flour in a big mixing bowl.
16. Add baking powder and mix well with spoon.
17. Grind 1 chopped carrot and sugar together.
18. Add this in flour.
19. Add lukewarm milk and vanilla essence.
20. Mix well and make a semi thick batter.
21. Heat butter in pancake pan.
22. Pour batter in pan and cook from both sides.
23. Remove from heat and keep aside
24. Place pancake in serving dish.
25. Spread some carrot halwa on it.
26. Place another pancake on it.
27. With help of your favourite shape cookie cutter spread sime halwa on top of pancakes.
28. Spread some khoya on halwa with help of cookie cutter.
29. Garnish with some cashews and raisins.
